Recently I watched a video by Simon Sinek titled “How great leaders inspire action” and it totally blew me away.  In this video Simon talks about the “Golden Circle” and boldly states that “the goal is not to do business with everyone who needs what you have; it’s to do business with those who believe what you believe.” In other words, why do you do the things you do? Sleep. As our lives become busier and time more valuable, many of us forfeit sleep in favour of watching one more episode of our favourite show or completing another blog post.
