Witz smartMANAGER provides performance development every manager needs to master – regardless of how long you have been managing. This highly proactive program delivers team management skills refining your ability to adjust to changing circumstances. smartMANAGER produces original solutions that drive performance.

The complete program is 4 days long, split into two sessions of 2 days each. It is MANDATORY that Part 1 be taken prior to Part 2 and highly recommended that you take the first Part 2 session offered following your Part 1 session.
