Stephen is an applied psychology and corporate education specialist with extensive training, coaching, research/assessment and program design/evaluation experience. He has spent several years studying and practicing the art and science of human development in the context of the workplace. As a result, he developed and employs a number of innovative coaching and training techniques in his work with individuals and groups.
With extensive experience as a facilitator, speaker, program designer and coach, and with his graduate training, Stephen helps individuals and organizations in their efforts to manage human development, decision making and change. Stephen has shared these innovative techniques with human resource, executive recruiting, publishing, engineering, advertising and professional services firms, including The Financial Post Data Group, BBDO, and the National Post.
Stephen holds an M.A. and an Honors B.A. in psychology. He also teaches part-time at The Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, lecturing on human resource management and organizational behavior.
