STRONG WOMEN DO! – Step into the spotlight, speak your truth and get the credit you deserve.

DON’T ASK, DON’T GET – Assertive behaviour in the workplace is critical to getting what you want.

OWN YOUR STORY – Recognize, own and promote your wins.

Our Curriculum

smartLEADER Woman is led by women, for women, and puts the unique and important needs of women in the workplace first. Imagine being in a room full of high-performing women, trading ideas and strategies on issues like:

  • Having “straight” conversations at work, without apology
  • Balancing career and family
  • Recognizing what we’re worth and knowing how to ask for it
  • Taking ownership for our ideas and getting the credit we deserve
  • Setting career objectives and staying the course
  • Building confidence

With challenge comes strength and science shows that companies with women in top management are far more profitable. But how do women – still underrepresented in business leadership roles – get the mentorship and sponsorship and build the network they need to achieve top roles, and work-life balance too?

smartLEADER Woman isn’t just a course; it’s a network of women empowering women that is available to any woman.
