At Witz we go far beyond the classroom to support you in solidifying your new skills. If you need a refresher and want to relearn a concept, we invite you to ‘free-peat’ your Witz Education course at one of the public sessions within 12 months of completion at no cost.

Fall-Back Company Assurance

Turnover happens…and we understand that. If any of your employees leave your organization within one year of completing any Witz Course, we will train their replacement at 50% off of our published fee.

Registration Policy

Online registration is tentative pending receipt of a deposit required to secure a place in the course. An invoice will be emailed within 2-business days to complete the registration process. Invoices are due within 30-days of receipt.

For corporate billing, a 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due on the first day of training unless other arrangements are made (ie. PO supplied). For additional details, please contact your account manager or call 416-444-9480. 

Do You need to Cancel or Reschedule Your Course?

Life can get busy.

A rescheduling charge of 20% of the invoice total will be applied, however, where possible, Witz Education Inc will accommodate any day/date changes or postponements to the scheduled program.  The client accepts liability for days/dates that cannot be changed. In these 

Participant substitutions are permitted at no charge and provided that such substitutions can be accommodated without altering the structure of the program.

The following cancellation policy shall apply to training with Witz Education Inc.

Cancellations made in excess of 30 days prior to training are subject to no cancellation fee. Within 30 days – cancellation fee of 10% of the invoice total will be applied:

  • Within 14 days – cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice total will be applied

  • Within 7 days – cancellation fee of 40% of the invoice total will be applied

  • 24 hours or less – cancellation fee of 100% of the invoice total will be applied

For all training orders, cancellation notices must be emailed to greg@witzeducation.com AND accounting@witzeducation.com – Witz Education is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the email notice.

Witz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, although all efforts are taken to avoid this. Should this occur, the customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 12 months of the date of the original class for another class offered by Witz. Witz shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
